Need to plan an event but don't have the budget for full event planning services this year? Take advantage of our event consulting service. For our 1 1/2 hour consulting rate we'll help you with:
- brainstorming and idea generation to come up with creative concepts for your event
- location scouting
- locating resorts and hotels that fit your budget
- developing an event or logistics plan
- troubleshooting your event plan to identify glitches and streamline logistics

For Serious Inquiries Only
We would be pleased to handle your inquiry, check availability of dates and venues and send a proposal if:
- a budget has been allocated
- you are DEFINITELY ready to select and book a service provider within 5 - 10 business days of receiving our quote
- you have a rough idea of how many people will be attending
If you aren't in a position to select a service provider and book your retreat, team building session or event within 5 - 10 business days of receiving our quote, we invite you to explore our website. We have full information about our services and a rough idea of pricing. Please contact us only when your inquiry is serious and you are in a position to make a decision.
Certain Minimums Apply
Depending on group size and the size of your budget, our rates will be roughly:
- 10% of your budget ($5000 minimum)
For event planning that involves working with a committee of more than 3 people, our rates will be:
- 15% of your budget ($6000 minimum)
Please Note: These figures are for event planning services only. They do not include accommodation, venue, AV, meals, refreshments, or transportation
We will give you a rough idea of pricing, however, before any hotels, other venues or suppliers are contacted on your behalf, we require signed agreement for service with deposit or a retainer: [Why?]
- US$500 for regular corporate events
- US$1000 for luxury corporate events
The retainer will be deducted from your final invoice if you book your event with us.

Executive Oasis International is a Toronto (Canada) based consulting firm with a strong network of alliance partners in the Middle East (Dubai, Oman, Egypt), Jamaica, & Asia (Singapore, Malaysia).
Bringing us to destinations outside Toronto will involve air travel but it's worth it. Please obtain approval for including our air travel expenses in your budget BEFORE requesting a quote.
