  • Desert Survival: In Search of the Golden Camel

    This stranded in the desert simulation, in which teams follow clues to find the golden camel, integrates facilitated business team building exercises with outdoor team challenges.

    This simulation familiarizes teams with brainstorming, problem-solving, and decision-making tools. We draw rich parallels between your experience in the desert and charting a course in the business world. Your team will use the toolkit to analyze and resolve the specific business challenges your organization faces.

    A sandboard relay is one of the many team challenges we use as energizers in the desert. Teams set out on an orienteering and GPS challenge to find the golden camel. They exchange it with Bedouin camel handlers for a ride on real camels. The camel handlers invite them to their village to spend the night. Other challenges include a firestarter challenge, cooking challenge, and camel watering relay.
